What is  Shoponz.in Exchange policy?

Shopping is more fun when you are completely satisfied with your purchase and it's an icing on the cake only if you can avail the exchange process. To help you with the exchange offer, please drop us a message on our Chat Section with your order number, tracking number, the product you would like to exchange, along with the reason. We will arrange your request accordingly. 

Our exchange policy does not apply to Watches & Perfumes.

Note: The exchange is Chargeable. When you return the products, please make sure the products are not used, worn-out/ damaged and must be returned in the same package as it was sent.  If any of this is NOT followed, Shoponz has the right to collect the delivery charges from the customer and return the original product. We request the customers to be sure when they opt for exchange process.


What happens if i get a defective product?

No Problem. The replacement is absolutely free for the replacement of same products. In case the defective product is exchangd with alternative product, the courier charges are applicable without any negotiations. 

 

How do I exchange a product?

Please drop us a email or message on Out Chat application with your order number, tracking number, the product you would like to exchange, along with the reason. We will arrange your request accordingly.

How soon can I expect the exchanged product?

Hold your horses, my friend! The exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned product has passed Product Inspection. Under general circumstances, the delivery of the exchanged order is expected within 10-12 days, from the date of pick-up of the returned item(s). In case of any unprecedented delay, our team will keep you updated via email and SMS.

 

Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value?

No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.

 

Will I be charged for exchange?

Absolutely Yes! We are sorry that you are considering exchanging your product. The courier charges apply for exchange and the procedure is pretty simple! All you need to do is to return the original product, and exchange the same, for an item of the same order value/more than the order value of the original product.

 

Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?

We get a kick in bringing that priceless smile on your face. You can buy any number of items in exchange of a single product, provided that the final total amount of the exchanged products should be equal to/more than the price of the returned products.


Can I get a cash refund ?

Unfortunately, this service is NOT available at this point. However, you can exchange with any other product on our website and pay for the delivery charges. You get 3 month grace period to choose another product from the website. This period is calculated from the date of your first communication with us regarding the exchange.
